Cancellation and Returns

Right of withdrawal — In accordance with EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason. A313 voluntarily extends this to a 30-day return window. Full details are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

What can be returned — Because our products are cosmetics, items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned or refunded. To start a return, contact us by email at info@a313.eu.

Return costs — Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived faulty or damaged. Customers may be asked to provide clear photos of the product before a return is authorised.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. A313 reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order affected by such an error.

All items purchased from A313 are shipped under a shipment contract. A313 is responsible for the item until it is marked as delivered by the carrier’s Track & Trace system. Once the Track & Trace system indicates that the item has been delivered, the responsibility for loss or damage passes to the customer.

We strive to ensure our product descriptions are accurate. However, A313 does not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on this site are error-free. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it in unused condition.
