Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains how A313 ships orders and how returns and refunds work. It applies to all orders placed on a313.nl, a313.eu and a313.de.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands via a secure, tracked service. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link by email. The delivery times shown below are estimates.

No code is needed for free shipping — it is applied automatically at checkout:

  • Netherlands — free shipping on every order, with no minimum order value.
  • Rest of Europe — free shipping on orders over €40.

Order cancellations or changes are not possible once an order has been placed. A313 ships on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays); orders placed during the weekend are processed the next business day. During promotional periods, processing and delivery may take a little longer due to order volume.

If your package arrives damaged in transit, please email info@a313.eu within 5 business days, including photos of the damage, so we can help you.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. This is more generous than the 14-day right of withdrawal guaranteed under EU consumer law.

What Can Be Returned

Because A313 products are cosmetics, returns are subject to hygiene rules. Only unopened, unused products in their original, resale-ready condition can be returned. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at the customer's own cost and depends on the courier and the country you return from. The only exception is an item that arrived faulty or damaged, in which case A313 covers the return.

Bundle & Multi-Item Deals

For “buy 1 + 1” and bundle offers, all items in the deal must be returned together. We cannot provide a refund or store credit for a partial return.

Refund Processing

Once your return arrives at our warehouse it is processed within 10 business days. After the refund is issued, please allow up to 3 days for it to appear on your statement. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Email info@a313.eu with a photo of the issue and your order number, and our customer service team will resolve it as quickly as possible.

How to Start a Return

Contact our customer service team with your order number — a five-digit code shown in your order-confirmation email. If you wish to return an item after the 30-day window, contact us anyway; we may be able to offer an exchange or a voucher.
